Fasting here in n Morocco Casablanca location during Ramadan. Are you hungry? Is the question I receive the most. But when your mindset is focused on n the reason for your fasting it is a very powerful,yet strange feeling. My mouth says I am, but my heart and mind, reminds me that are so many others with out the option to eat after you break your fast at sunset. I believe in mind over matter. And specially when It really does matter to show your gratitude and thankfulness that you have water and food whenever you want it,but to place your stomach in the lives of our less fortunate ,they may not eat at all for days, without knowing when and where there next meal will arrive from, or of it comes.
